Diamond rope cutting

Having up-to-date effective equipment and high-skilled staff, we can execute work on cutting of constructions made of reinforced concrete of any degree of armature, of concrete, brick and other building materials by means of diamond tools.

 

Cutting can be executed horizontally and upright. 

Work is executed with fine precision. Eventually we receive flat planes not requiring great spending while finishing.  

Work is executed by a special machine consisting of a drive, rail with a drive induction system and a system of rollers for diamond rope control.

Progressive motion of the rope and the air hole are carried out with the help of hydraulics.

The diamond rope consists of a central cord and diamond sleeves on it.

For safety requirements the rope is embedded into plastic.

Hydraulic unit is cooled by running water at 10 litres a minute. The diamond rope must also be washed by water.  Water prevents diamond sleeves and provides removal of waste material from the cutting zone. Waste water is removed by a water vacuum cleaner in case it is necessary under the terms of performance of work.

The given technology allows cutting at almost unlimited depth with the access from two sides.

In case it is  necessary to provide access from two sides, the depth of saw cut is determined by the length of submersible columns.

As a rule the column length amounts to of about 2 meters.

 

It is necessary for execution of work to have three-phase voltage 15-32 kW and the source of flow water on the object
