Technical Conditions of the Execution of Work on Drilling

Having up-to-date effective equipment and high-skilled staff we can drill holes in reinforced concrete with any degree of armature, in concrete, asphalt, natural stone and other hard construction materials. Diameters of the holes vary  from 8 mm up to 550 mm. Large holes can be made by a number of less diameters.
Drilling can be produced on horizontal and vertical planes with any angle of slope as well as in the ceiling.
 
 
 
Work is executed with high precision. This relates to both the diameter and positioning of the holes relating to marking.
Work is executed by a special drilling machine consisting of an engine, a rail with an engine support system and a drilling bit. A drilling bit  is a hollow-centered tube of the set-point diameter. From one side of the body it is equipped with a device for clipping the spindle and the engine of the machine, from the other side there are diamond-bearing segments  brazed on it. In the process of drilling the diameter of the core produced is of 5-7mm less than the bit.  
The drilling bit is cooled by flowing water. Water prevents unbrazing of segments and provides carryover of the materials used from the cutting zone. Waste water is removed by a water vacuum cleaner in case it is necessary under the terms of performance of work. In case of absolute impossibility to operate  with water “dry running” is possible. The process takes more time and the tools runout  is higher. Every case of the kind is to be considered particularly.
Currently we can carry out drilling at the depth up to 3m. If necessary to carry out deeper drilling every case is considered particularly.  
For execution of work it is necessary to have voltage no less than 3 kW and water at your site.
 
 
Application of diamond drilling tools in construction is enlarging constantly. This new technology is more and more active in displacing pneumatic hammers at building sites as it is more efficient and causes less damage to building structures eliminating strokes and vibration while drilling the holes.  
Diamond drilling tools are applied:
While equipping the building by heating and sanitary ware systems:
  • holes in floor structures for tubes of heating risers;
  • holes for linking up of  heating bodies;
  • holes for installing bathroom and lavatory equipment;
  • holes and openings for piping;
  • holes for erection of drain risers from flat-deck roofs;
  • holes for arm of air-heating;
  • holes for installing sinks and shower cabins;
  • holes in the foundation for linking-up heating and water-supply systems to city mains;
  • holes for installing systems of automated fire suppression;
  • etc.
While equipping the building by ventilating and conditioning systems:
  • openings in main walls for horizontal air tubes;
  • openings in floor structures for vertical air tubes;
  • holes for ventilation valves;
  • vent holes for free ventilation systems;
  • holes for installing split-systems;
  • holes in outer walls for installing external block of the conditioner;
  • ect.
While equipping the building by light-current systems:
  • openings in main walls for laying trays with cables of automatic fire suppression systems;
  • openings in main walls for laying trays with cables of CCTV and alarm systems;
  • openings in main walls for laying trays with cables of controlling system of centralized conditioning of the building;
  • niches for under-plaster installing of monitor cameras;
  • etc.
While equipping of the building by different constructions:
  • holes for mounting of hand railings at stair flights and protection railings;
  • holes for mounting ornamental constructions inside public buildings;
  • holes for installing processing equipment of different application.
