Technical standards of execution of work by joint cutter

Having up-to-date effective equipment and high-skilled staff, we can cut building structures produced from reinforced concrete with any degree of armature, concrete, brick and other hard construction materials by diamond tools. 

Cutting is carried out on horizontal planes with high precision.

 

Work is executed by a special machine consisting of an engine, body on the wheels and a diamond disk.  Disk rotation, supply and deepening are realized with the help of electrical and hydraulic systems built into the body.

 

Diamond disk consists of a ring of a set point diameter and diamond-bearing segments . brazed on it. Fixing with the engine of the machine is carried out with the help of a special flange.

 

The disk must be washed by water. Water prevents unbrazing of segments and provides removal of waste material from cutting zone.  Waste water is removed by a water vacuum cleaner in case  it is necessary under the terms of performance of work.

 

Currently we can carry out cutting at the depth up to 320 mm.

 

For execution of work it is necessary to have three-phase voltage up to 15kW at your site and a source of flowing water.
